DELIVERY AND RETURNS
General rules
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Shipments are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery with or without signature, or by Mondial Relay.
Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
ELEMM may provide the buyer with the tracking number for their package by e-mail.
The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman or at a relay point, depending on the choice made when ordering.
In the event of the buyer's absence, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services.
The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave our premises. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the La Poste employee or the deliverer, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery.
In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery in France
FREE delivery in relay point in Metropolitan France from 29,90€ of purchase.
FREE home delivery in Metropolitan France from €69.90 of purchase.
If the basket is less than 29.90€, the shipping costs applied are :
€5.90 for home delivery by Colissimo, 2-3 working days
€4.50 for delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay, 2-3 working days
If the basket is less than 69.90€, the shipping costs applied are :
€5.90 for home delivery by Colissimo, 2-3 working days
0.00€ for delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay, 2-3 working days
NB : to date, we do not yet deliver in the DOM-TOM. But if you are interested in our products, please let us know, via the "contact" section, and we will calculate your shipping costs.
DELIVERY in EUROPE
We deliver in some European countries.
The shipping costs applied are:
Home delivery, via Mondial Relay : 7.90€, delay 4-6 working days, for the following countries : BELGIUM - NETHERLANDS - LUXEMBOURG - SPAIN - ITALY - GERMANY - PORTUGAL
Home delivery via Colissimo : €12.90, delivery time 4-6 working days, for the following countries: BELGIUM - NETHERLANDS - LUXEMBOURG - SPAIN - ITALY - GERMANY - PORTUGAL - SWITZERLAND - UNITED KINGDOM
NB :
For Spain, delivery to a relay point, via Mondial Relay is €4.90, delivery time 4-6 working days
For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, delivery may be subject to any taxes and customs duties imposed by the country of destination.
These customs duties and these possible taxes, related to the delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
To date, we do not have the possibility of checking and informing you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. We advise you to check with the competent authorities of your country, if necessary.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Here are the steps to follow:
1- the buyer must make a prior return request to the seller, notifying us of his wish to return. Or, by sending us an email at elegancemodesetmaroquineries@gmail.com or by writing to us, via the contact form.
2- Upon validation of the return, the buyer must return the item(s) in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, etc.), accompanied by the duly completed return slip.
3- The product must be returned at your expense to the following address: ELEMM - at RAMIARAMANANA at 7 rue Albert Einstein - 91240 Saint Michel sur Orge - France.
4- After verification of the returned items, the refund is made by check or PayPal, within a maximum period of 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned item.

We do not offer exchanges. The buyer must return the item as indicated above and reorder the item they want.
